What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and, if you sign up with a password, a secure hash of it. If you continue with Google we receive only your email address and the fact that Google has verified it. We also keep your credit balance, your rentals and the text messages that arrive on your rented numbers during each rental.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. When you buy credit you are sent to Stripe's own checkout page on checkout.stripe.com, where you enter your card details. We never see or store your card details, only the amount paid and a payment reference.

How we use it

We use your data to run your account, deliver messages to your inbox, process payments, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Message retention

Messages received during a rental stay visible in your history so you can find them later. You can ask us to delete your account and its messages at any time.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in, plus short lived cookies during Google sign in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, such as our hosting, payment and phone number providers, and when the law requires it.
